Actually, we ate here during 5280 week because we were going on to the Symphony on a Saturday night and none of the other restaurants we picked had an opening when we needed it. We were kind of reluctant until I read the reviews. Our experience from beginning to end was really nice. It’s fun atmoshere, the survice from the hostess and all along the way was impeccable. We thought the menu for that week was a great price for what we had – and the food was cooked exactly as ordered – we both had Beef Filet’s, and all of it was excellent and very well prepared – especially the bread pudding for desert. Our martini’s were delicious, the 1/2 bottle of wine was nice, our server the BEST. We’ll be back.

My husband and I went to the Hickory Prime Steakhouse for Valentine’s day and we were very impressed with the food and the service. My husband’s steak was cooked exactly how he wanted it and it was one of the nicest filets we’ve had in Denver. My salmon was such a generous portion that I easily made two meals out of it. The sides are comparable to Morton’s as far as size and quality, and I highly recommend the Augratins. Our waiter was attentive without hovering, and when we asked for a different table because our first table was drafty, he immediately obliged without question. He was very knowledgable about the wine and scotch but not pompous. The owner even thanked us on our way out.”

The steak houses just don’t get any better than this! The service is exceptoinal, and the wait staff are all long-timers. The pre-theather menu is one of the very best deals in town, certainly in the theater district. And, you can valet your car for entire evening while you attend the theater.
